The perfect Rhino will have…

• 2 years + of experience in Backend Engineering;
• Experience with relational and non relational databases;
• Go programming language and one other backend language (Ex: Java);
• Fluency in English (at least B2);

And will be skilled in…

• CI/CD, Design patterns and data structures;
• Service oriented architectures, test automation;
• Leveraging different cloud providers (GCP, AWS);
• Building API's in GO;
• Agile methodologies;
